Centro Ortopedico Rinascita is the largest orthopedic store in Milan and throughout Northern Italy.
Since 1984, we have actively followed and contributed to the evolution of orthopedic technologies. Our close collaborations with leading companies and major research institutions have enabled us to offer patients cutting-edge products and services.
As early as 1999, we became the first center in Lombardy to introduce computerized gait analysis. During the 1990s, in collaboration with leading diabetologists, we also contributed to promoting proper prevention of diabetic foot conditions. This specialization, refined over the years, remains one of the distinctive strengths and sources of pride of COR.
In 2016, the Centro Ortopedico Rinascita created and promoted EXPORTOPEDIA, a major event dedicated to the world of orthopedic technologies. Across seven days of conferences, debates, technology presentations, and public discussions, the event brought together some of the most important orthopedic manufacturers and leading scientific experts, making it truly unique in its field.
Today, the Centro Ortopedico Rinascita serves as a training center for students in orthopedic techniques. Its founder, Dr. Nicola Perrino, is a contract professor at the University of Milan, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Degree Course in Orthopedic Techniques.
Dr. Nicola Perrino has also served as:
- Editorial Director of the respected journal TOI – Tecnici Ortopedici nel Mondo;
- President of the Orthopedic Technicians Board Commission for the professional order covering Milan, Como, Lecco, Lodi, Monza Brianza, and Sondrio;
- Court Technical Consultant (CTU) for the Court of Lecco;
- Member of the scientific society ANTOI ATS.
Today, Dr. Perrino serves as National President of F.I.O.T.O.
